To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items—such as personalized or intimate products—may not qualify for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after this period has expired.

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without this authorization may not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please be aware that the final refund amount may be subject to deductions, including restocking fees, return shipping charges, or applicable taxes.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your bank or credit card account. If the refund isn’t reflected, please contact your financial institution first. Should further assistance be required, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we will be happy to investigate the issue.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount may still be eligible for return; however, the refunded amount will be based on the actual purchase price paid.

If you wish to exchange an item due to preferences like size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Availability of replacement items may vary, and you may be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping charges.

To return a product, begin by contacting our customer service team to obtain an RA number along with specific return instructions. Pack the item securely using its original packaging or a suitable alternative, making sure to include any accessories, tags, or documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided by our team. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please note that certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which covers the cost of inspection and restocking. The fee amount may vary depending on the product and its condition, and our customer service team will inform you of any such fees during the return process.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping an incorrect or damaged item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.
